Why use a Gas Safe engineer for plumbing?
Plenty of plumbing jobs sit right next to gas: moving a radiator near a boiler, connecting a new cooker, or altering pipework close to a gas run. Using an engineer who is Gas Safe registered means the whole job can be done legally in one visit — no waiting for a second tradesperson, no grey areas about who touched what.
Daniel handles both sides. If a plumbing job turns out to involve gas work, it gets done properly and certificated on the spot.
Common questions
Do you take on small plumbing jobs?
Yes. A dripping tap or a leaking waste pipe gets the same treatment as a full bathroom refit. No job is too small, and you will get a straight price before any work starts.
Can you fit an outdoor tap?
Yes. Outdoor tap installation is a common job, usually done in under two hours including an isolation valve so you can shut it off in winter.
Do you handle gas appliance connections?
Yes. As a Gas Safe registered engineer, Daniel can legally connect, disconnect and test gas cookers, hobs and other appliances. Never let anyone unregistered touch gas.
What about emergency leaks?
Call 07389 092312. If Daniel can get to you the same day he will, and he can talk you through isolating the water supply over the phone to limit any damage in the meantime.
Which areas do you cover?
Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Kirkham, Freckleton, Poulton-le-Fylde, Preston, Leyland, Thornton and the surrounding area. Ring to check if you are outside those areas.
